Shipping and terms

We offer a flat rate for postage of $12 on orders below $100 and free postage for orders above $100

​

Unfortunately we can not post out to any PO address.

​

We aim to ship all orders with in 24 hours of receiving them.

If you receive your order and its damaged or faulty please reach out to us ASAP either by phone or email. We will need a photo of the faulty and a photo of the whole product also, and do our best to remedy a solution.

We understand that sometimes when things arrive they may not fit right or not you may not have been exactly what you were expecting. In this situation we are happy to offer an exchange, where possible or store credit. You will also need to pay for the return postage, and the postage for the exchange. Store credits will be issued less delivery fees.

We are a small business and really like to help out our wonderful customers where we can, the earlier you reach out to us and the more information you give the easier it is for us to make a solution.
